Every naan at Shahi Zaika is slapped by hand onto the blazing walls of the tandoor, where it puffs and blisters in seconds. We brush it straight out of the oven with garlic butter and scatter it with fresh coriander so it arrives hot, fragrant, and pillowy-soft.
